Spring Dumpsters

Sunday, May 3, 2026 - 9 AM - 5 PM

Location: NORTH COMMONS. Vehicle access to the NORTH Commons entrance is between 1664 and 1666 Secretariat Drive.

To ensure a safe and environmentally responsible disposal, avoid placing hazardous materials, falmmable items, and certain electronics in the dumpsters

Prohibited items include:

• NO TIRES

• Asbestos, Lead-based paint, Pesticides, Chemicals 

• Cleaning agents, Paint, paint thinners, stains, and varnishes 

• Adhesives, epoxy, and glue, Ink and resins 

• Batteries (car, dry-cell, lithium), Tires, Automotive fluids (motor oil, fuel) 

• Hot water tanks, Propane tanks, Freon (refrigerant) 

• Televisions, Computers, Cell phones, Other electronic devices 

• Syringes and contaminated materials 

• Anything contaminated with blood or other fluids 

• Flammable liquids (gasoline, kerosene) 

• Mattresses prohibited, (all other Furniture allowed)

Please do not dump prohibited items. Our HOA is responsible to pay fees associated with any prohibited items found in the dumpsters.
