Spring Dumpsters

Location: NORTH COMMONS. Vehicle access to the NORTH Commons entrance is between 1664 and 1666 Secretariat Drive.

To ensure a safe and environmentally responsible disposal, avoid placing hazardous materials, falmmable items, and certain electronics in the dumpsters

Prohibited items include:

o   Asbestos, Lead-based paint, Pesticides, Chemicals 

o   Cleaning agents, Paint, paint thinners, stains, and varnishes 

o   Adhesives, epoxy, and glue, Ink and resins 

o   Batteries (car, dry-cell, lithium), Tires, Automotive fluids (motor oil, fuel) 

o   Hot water tanks, Propane tanks, Freon (refrigerant) 

o   Televisions, Computers, Cell phones, Other electronic devices 

o   Syringes and contaminated materials 

o   Anything contaminated with blood or other fluids 

o   Flammable liquids (gasoline, kerosene) 

o   Furniture (unless specifically allowed by the rental company) 

Please do not dump prohibited items. Our HOA is responsible to pay fees associated with any prohibited items found in the dumpsters.
