Through Town Halls 1, 2, and 3, residents have shared feedback on the draft. The Board is collecting those comments and working with our attorney to incorporate appropriate updates. The Revell Downs HOA has received a $1000 Unity Grant to put in native plants in the existing entrance gardens and for an additional garden. These plants will be colorful, beautiful, and will provide food for birds and bees. We are looking for volunteers for this project. Revell Downs received a $1000 grant that will be used to pay for plants adding to existing entrance gardens as well as new planting along the front entrance area towards the trail. AA County conducted a traffic study for Secretariat Drive to monitor the speed of cars on this road. The board recently received the results from this study. In order to have traffic calming speed humps, the 85th percentile speed must be at least 10 mph over the posted speed limit (25 mph) AND the average daily traffic volume must be at least 1000 vehicles per day. Our results came back with 85% of the traffic traveling at or below 30 mph and the average daily traffic volume
