Town Hall - Updated Covenant & ByLaws

Our HOA Board has completed a comprehensive review and update of our community’s governing Covenants and Bylaws to replace our significantly outdated documents. This update ensures our regulations align with current Maryland state laws, reflect modern living standards, and provide clear operational guidelines for both homeowners and the Board.

Please join the Board for a Town Hall to review the proposed changes, ask questions, and share your input before we move to a formal vote later this year.

We have engaged Riveter Management Group to guide us through this Covenants and Bylaws update process, led by document consultant Angela Vazquez (CMCA®, AMS®, PCAM®).

Central Hub Note: This blog post will remain active through Fall 2026 as the central repository for all update-related documents and will be archived once the final amendment process is complete.
